Drummond Cove Holiday Park Booking Cancellation Policy
Accommodation/Caravan site/Tent site
- A non refundable deposit is required on all bookings. The deposit is the cancellation fee.
- If you are arriving after 5pm full payment is required prior to arrival.
- Public holidays and school holidays require full payment at least one month before arrival.
- Outside of School holidays and Public holidays full payment is required at least 3 days before arrival.
- If cancelled: Refer to Cancellation Policy as per Terms & Conditions Link below.
- No refunds for cancellations of booking dates during school holidays and long weekends.
- No refunds or credit given if booking cancelled on day of arrival.
- No refunds given for early departure.
Peak times:
Easter, Christmas or public holiday long weekends require a minimum stay. Please check with reception. Check in is from 2pm. All linen is provided in accommodation.
Late Arrivals:
If you are arriving after 5pm full payment is required. You will receive an SMS on the afternoon of arrival advising our afterhours check in procedure.
Departures:
Check out time is 10am (prior to 8am, please place your keys in the key return box under the safe located at the shop/reception entrance).
