I have stayed a number of times, living 500km away it is a great place for 1 night or a couple of weeks. I have stayed there when I had to have a day surgery. Another time when I had some yucky medical tests, and another time when our little clunker decided to blow up, extending our stay by 4 days. And another time with our grand daughter for 2 weeks. And lately for 1 night stays while I attend meetings.

The staff are lovely to a person. They cannot help enough. Flexible, accommodating, genuinely nice people. A couple of times I have had to change cabins mid stay. Sure it’s a bit of a pain but every accommodation was made to make it as quick and easy as possible – including respectfully commandeering the holiday parks Ute and driver to transport our bags.

When we had our grand daughter there, she could run to her little hearts content. No where was out of our sight and we only really saw her at meal and bed times. I think she made 45 new best friends, including park staff.

On the odd occasion where I have had a small issue, the staff received my feedback well and fixed where possible.

For me it’s like going to stay at a family’s house – in the unit in the back yard – but a different unit each time. But the best views ever and staff who have come to feel like family.

We stayed for one night on route north could have easily stayed longer. Very friendly & helpful staff. Clean tidy site with everything you need from immaculate clean showers & toilets , to washing facilities , kitchen area and a pool, where I was able to enjoy an early morning swim,. Well worth a stay . Thank you xx
