Terms & Conditions
- DRUMMOND COVE HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation/Caravan site/Tent site
- A NON Refundable DEPOSIT is required on ALL bookings. The DEPOSIT is the CANCELLATION FEE.
- If you are arriving after 6pm full payment is required prior to arrival.
- PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and SCHOOL HOLIDAYS require FULL payment at least ONE MONTH before arrival.
- Outside of School holidays and Public holidays FULL payment is required at least 7 DAYS before arrival.
- IF CANCELLED: There are - NO REFUNDS.
- NO Refunds for cancellations of booking dates during SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS.
- NO Refunds OR Credit GIVEN IF BOOKING CANCELLED ON DAY OF ARRIVAL.
- NO Refunds GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
A one-day booking cannot be guaranteed for Easter, Christmas or long weekends as there are minimum stay bookings of two to three nights or longer. We reserve the right to offer equivalent Accommodation or tourist site for any one-night bookings during long weekends. If there are no powered sites available - Un-powered space is available. Check in is from 2pm. All linen is provided in Accommodation
Late Arrivals : If you are arriving after 6pm full payment is required. If you arrive after 6pm, there will be a note on the door indicating that your key and receipt will be in the letterbox to the left of the reception door. You will also find a Map in the Envelope of where to go.
Departures : Check out time is 10.00am (earlier departures prior to 8am, please return your keys to the letterbox located at the shop/reception entrance).
